Vicky Hall, owner of Broomfield Care, has over 20 years’ experience at the sharp end of caring. She has provided care and support in a variety of different roles, from working with vulnerable adults and children in care, to working in care homes for the elderly and for people with learning disabilities.
Vicky established Broomfield Care at the beginning of 2008. Shortly before this her Grandmother had become older and needed additional support. However when Vicky tried to organise home care for her, she couldn’t find a company that matched up to her high expectations of quality care, delivered by dedicated and committed staff.
Vicky then decided to set up her own business providing care for others at the level she believed everyone was entitled to. She named the company after the hamlet her Grandmother had lived in, Broomfield in Kent.
At Broomfield Care Vicky is supported by a hand-picked team of dedicated, committed and highly-skilled professionals. You can read about a few of them by clicking here.
Everything we do is summarised in these four promises:
- Quality: Promoting life and improving the quality of life for those that receive our service.
- Choice: Providing a service with dignity, respect and compassion and offering service users individuality, keeping their choices at the centre of what we do.
- Extra mile: To employ a dedicated and committed team of health care professionals who share the philosophy and ethos in providing a standard of care you would want for your own family member.
- Continually striving: To continue to meet our own high standards and meet our own expectations through periods of growth and volatile economic climate.
“I know from personal experience that choosing someone to look after you or your loved one is a very difficult decision.
At Broomfield Care we guarantee you peace of mind knowing that our highly skilled healthcare professionals are providing the expert care needed. We work closely alongside you or your loved one, helping to improve quality of life and achieve goals.
Continuity of care is one of the key strengths of our service. Limiting the number of carers within a care package as vitally important as this develops stronger relationships between the individual and the carer.
We carefully match our staff with each individual’s situation and personality, as well as their personal needs. Where possible, we like you to meet the Carers before a care package commences to ensure that everyone is happy.”
