Sharon Middlemore, Senior Carer
I have worked in the care sector for 5 years and have been with Broomfield care for 3 Years.
When starting here I was made to feel very welcome by staff and service users which meant a lot to me as I was pregnant and I had full support the whole way through and still have the support now that I am back at work.
Broomfield Care as a whole are caring and thoughtful, I’m glad to be part of the team’ I have taken on some extra responsibility covering the office and helping with the rota and day to day operations of the business which I am really enjoying.
My previous work experience has been in the corporate environment, telecoms and banking more specifically.
I began as a fraud analyst in 1999 and then moved into banking in 2002, working in the sector for some time. I have been involved at Broomfield Care since its beginnings as the business manager, and have been fortunate enough to be part of the experience in seeing it grow into the successful business we are today.
My role is all encompassing from the business perspective, dealing with the everyday administration to dealing with the financial aspects of the company.
Its ethos and founding roots are carried throughout the company with an excellent team in place. It is a fun, energetic place to work with opportunities to grow along with the company and be part of something very different.
Sophie Baulch, Field Care Supervisor

This was mainly in a residential setting but also took place in a school environment. I have worked with Broomfield Care for almost 2 years, All the team are caring and compassionate and I enjoy working alongside so many lovely people. I am pleased to be a part of the Broomfield Care team!
