Vicky Hall, Owner / Business Manager
Vicky has over 20 years’ experience at the sharp end of caring. She has provided care and support in a variety of different roles, from working with vulnerable adults and children in care, to working in care homes for the elderly and for people with learning disabilities.
Vicky established Broomfield Care at the beginning of 2008, providing care for others at the level she believed everyone was entitled to. She named the company after the hamlet her Grandmother had lived in, Broomfield in Kent.
Anita Szymczak, Care Manager
I have worked in the care sector since 2011. I have come across different settings: such as domiciliary care, care homes and hospitals. Worked with elderly, complex care, dementia care and mental health. I have previous experience as a Registered Manager. I have gained master degrees in public health in 2012 however definitely I do enjoy my work within domiciliary care setting.
I am very compassionate about my role as a Care Manager at Broomfield Care.
Definitely Broomfield care is the place where I wish for everyone to be. Lovely people around, lovely team, lovely service users.
I love talking to people, spending time with them and being able to help them makes me proud.
I have worked in elderly care since 2013, and during this period I have experienced nursing and residential settings, as well as domiciliary care and supported living. In the various settings, have come in to contact with many health needs including learning disability, dementia, and physical disabilities. I am extremely passionate about providing compassionate and dignified person-centered care which promotes independence, as well as increasing this where possible. Providing appropriate support and leadership results in a team that is as excellent and as caring at the Broomfield Care team is also immensely important to me. To make sure I provide this support, I have completed my Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management, and ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management. My aim to make sure that my colleagues and the wonderful clients continue to be safe and well supported.
