✨The Extra Mile Award- January 2024✨

🌟This is just a quick little update that our employee of the month award has been officially changed to the Extra Mile Award! 🌟

💕Not to mention, we aim to give out the award every month (as long as it doesn’t get too busy in the office!). The purpose of the award is to highlight the amazing talent here at Broomfield Care, and for us to express our gratitude towards our staff for all the hard work they do. 💕

This very first winner of the Extra Mile Award in 2024 is…

Our Assistant Deputy Manager, Jess Sterry!

Jess has been our assistant deputy manager since Autumn 2023, but has been working for us for almost three years in various roles, but is now responsible for staff training and inductions on top of everyday duty and medical queries.

Louise, our deputy manager, said that Jess, “will always go above and beyond to help others.”

Tracey, our branch administrator, commented, “I recently received a call from a previous service user’s daughter who said that her mother always requested Jess every week- her mother loved everyone who visited, but Jess was particularly great as she washed her hair like no one else and was especially gentle.”

A Lovely Message we received from a Client’s family- Jess was particularly instrumental in their support, therefore is one of the reasons why we have picked her as the winner of this award. 💕
