Our History

With a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years, Vicky Hall is the proud owner of Broomfield Care in Gloucester. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to various caregiving roles, making a difference in the lives of those in need. Vicky has provided unwavering support to vulnerable adults and children in care, as well as offering her expertise in homes for the elderly and individuals with learning disabilities.

In early 2008, Vicky founded Broomfield Care after witnessing her Grandmother’s increasing need for extra assistance. Faced with the task of arranging home care, Vicky encountered a frustrating challenge – she couldn’t find a company that met her exact standards of exceptional care, provided by compassionate and devoted professionals. 

Determined to ensure that everyone received the support they deserved, Vicky made the bold decision to establish her own business dedicated to providing compassionate care for others. Honouring her Grandmother’s memory and the place she called home, Vicky named her company after the quaint hamlet in Kent—Broomfield.
