It’s not every day you go to the hairdresser with a service user, and they say ‘can you cut off the ponytail as I want to recycle it and send it to charity’
Miss S, a Service User at Broomfield Care never ceases to amaze me, she had researched a charity fairly locally called ‘little princess trust’ with HQ in Hereford
This charity provides real hair wigs to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland that have sadly lost their own hair through cancer treatment the hair needs to be 17cm, clean and in good condition of any colour from males or females.
Thanks to Head case Hairdressers, Miss S had her ponytail cut and it is now bagged on its way to being made into a wig.
If anyone would like any more details please go to http://www.littleprincesses.org.uk
Well done Miss S, very brave, and loving your new student look….
