A note from Vicky, Registered Manager

“Dear Service Users, Friends, all Family Members, Staff and everyone that knows us !

Well what can I say! Its been a very tough, challenging and unusual year! I had high hopes for 2020!
The fact that we are in November and still working through this COVID19 is testament to everyone here. When the pandemic took hold in March, there was such solidarity from everyone to get us through it. It was so amazing to see.
I never thought we would still have our lives restricted and the possibility of Christmas scaled down this year! We have experienced our fair share of challenges, including staff having to self-isolate, which at short notice, has to have been out biggest challenge we’ve had to deal with, as well as trying to run our service to the best standards possible. There are bound to be
more challenges ahead, but for now, please can I just thank everyone for their patience, and their overwhelming support for both carers and our lovely admin ladies. We will continue to work safely through the next few months and look forward to seeing the back of 2020.” ~ Vicky, Registered Manager
