Our First Extra Mile Winner of The Year!

Aimee has been named our first extra mile award winner, for her considerate and compassionate nature towards our clients.

She was initially nominated by Jess S, for two separate events. Aimee received a spot check at a recent visit, in which Jess was thoroughly impressed by the kindness and reassurance she provided for the client.

In addition to this, Aimee went out of her way to purchase some brushes for a client- this was passed on by another carer who said, “I was chatting with the client and she mentioned that Aimee had popped over and brought her some Tepe brushes for in between her teeth- the client really appreciated this as she told Aimee she wanted some.

I just thought this was a sweet and selfless thing to do, so I figured I’d pass on the message!”

At Broomfield Care, we are always amazed when our staff go above and beyond for our clients, which is why Aimee has been chosen as our star for January!

Rebecca was chosen as our final extra mile award winner of 2025, for her kindness and empathy towards our clients.

She has been working for Broomfield Care for around six months now, and has shown to be a helpful and considerate carer.

Becky was originally nominated by Jess S, and Vicky after receiving positive feedback from two families.

She was praised for being ‘caring, kind, considerate and respectful. Rebecca was brilliant and helped so much.

She is a credit to Broomfield Care.’

Becky was also commended, by another client, for being a great help getting them ready for a stay in hospital!
