Congratulations to our wonderful Jess, for completing her Education and Training qualification!
Our Assistant Deputy Manager Jess has recently completed her BTEC in Education and Training, and we couldn’t be more proud!
Jess has developed her understanding in “Roles, responsibilities, and relationships + using inclusive teaching and learning approaches + assessments in Education and Training”, and the skills she has learnt have helped her to create engaging and effective training sessions for our staff.
Our Amazing Instructor đź’š
Jess goes above and beyond when it comes to training our staff, and we always receive positive feedback after training sessions from our staff- here are a few comments left recently:
“Jess was a very good instructor- she answered all our questions and was enthusiastic about her work.”
“Jess is an amazing trainer, and nothing is too much trouble for her to answer or to go over things we are unsure about. She has a good sense of humour to which put everyone at ease.”
“Jess is very helpful and joyful.”
“Jess made everything very clear and with Charlotte’s input too great team, great training session.”
In addition, we have also received many comments from clients over the years, expressing their gratitude for Jess’ care and compassion when she goes out on visits. You should teach by example, and Jess does exactly that! (Not to mention, Jess was our first Extra Mile Winner of 2024!)
“Our heartfelt gratitude to all the carers who visited Mum during her last few weeks. Because of Broomfield Care’s kindness and dedication, we were able to fulfil Mum’s wish to die at home. Most special thanks to Jess and Cody who were with her at the end.”
“There are not enough words to express our heartfelt gratitude to you all for truly going above and beyond in the last couple of weeks (especially Jess in the last couple of days). Thank you, a million times, over.”
“Thank you so much for calling me about my father passing. Mum (Dad when he was with us) and myself have thought all the ladies who have been to us have been really lovely – those including Vicky, Trish, Sue and Jess.”
Well done Jess!
