Farewell and Good Luck Natalie
“Back in October of 2018 I made the very difficult decision that I would be moving on from Broomfield Care. This December sees my last few weeks with this fantastic organisation come to an end after nearly 10 and half years. It has been the most amazing experience both personally and professionally, and I have had the privilege of meeting some fantastic people along the way, staff, service users, their families and the wider business community too. Being part of Broomfield since its establishment, building the business with Vicky and Linda, sat in Vicky’s back garden eating a lot of tiger bread and cranberry Wensleydale I recall, gives me very fond memories, and our first customer back in 2009, back then I don’t think any of us thought it would quite turn out the way it has, but what a journey and what an absolutely fantastic organisation to be part of. The time has flown by and I can honestly say that my experience and thoughts are really hard to put into words, (especially without my eyes filling up). Its been the absolute best thing, the Broomfield Team are without doubt the best I have ever had the privilege to work with and when I say I am beyond proud of what we have achieved is an understatement. I cant thank Vicky and everyone who I have had involvement with along the way for everything, if I was Tina Turner id be singing YOUR SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!. Thanks for the years folks, Broomfield will always be with me, I can definitely tell you that” ~ Natalie, Business Manager
Wishing Sam all the best on her maternity leave starting at the end of December. Take care and enjoy this precious time. Hope maternity leave is great ! but not so great that you decide not to come back to us!
