I have worked with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour for the last 9 years, 5 of which I was a team leader. What I have enjoyed about being at Broomfield is that everyone has been so welcoming and the clients are all so lovely.
I love being able to sit down and have a conversation finding out about their lives and experiences. In my spare time, I enjoy going to watch rugby and socialising or going out for walks with friends.Â
