Vicky Hall, Owner/Business Manager

Vicky has over 20 years’ experience at the sharp end of caring. She has provided care and support in a variety of different roles, from working with vulnerable adults and children in care, to working in care homes for the elderly and for people with learning disabilities.

Vicky established Broomfield Care at the beginning of 2008, providing care for others at the level she believed everyone was entitled to. She named the company after the hamlet her Grandmother had lived in, Broomfield in Kent.

Sarah Hough

I am Sarah and I am the Care Manager for Broomfield Care. I have been working in the care sector since 2009 and have experience in many aspects of healthcare such as Dementia care, End of Life care, Complex care needs, Acquired Brain Injury, Cancer and life-limiting illness treatment and Elderly care. I am passionate about working with people to increase independence and enable people to remain in their own homes for as long as they can!

I love that we have a fantastic team here of caring, kind and supportive staff and I am excited to see it grow and thrive to continue looking after people in their own homes.

I’ve been working in the care sector for about 20 years, working in a nursing home and in domiciliary care. I enjoy my job as I find it rewarding knowing I’ve helped someone and hopefully made a difference to their lives. When I’m not working , I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Jess Sterry, Assistant Deputy Manager

I’ve worked in care for the last 9 years starting off in the community for a short period of time and then working in a nursing home, until i made the move to Broomfield after having my little boy. I adore the job that I do and being able to bring a smile and a giggle to people who I care for, it’s what makes my job so enjoyable to do. Everyone at Broomfield has welcomed me with open arms and it’s lovely to be part of such a passionate, supportive team.
