Due to expansion, we are seeking to recruit experienced support workers to join our ever-growing amazing team.  We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic and committed care workers to support and promote independent living for our Clients, who are at the heart of everything we do.

What Broomfield Care can offer you:

Broomfield Care is not an agency. Therefore, All our Broomfield Care carers are employed by us, and are in receipt of competitive pay and benefits.

  • Pay Rate £12.25 – £14.50, depending on experience
  • Paid Travel time
  • Extra £2 per hour at weekends and enhanced rate at Bank Holidays
  • Full-time, part-time or zero hour positions available

Broomfield Care requires you to: 

  • Hold a full UK driver's licence
  • Have access to your own vehicle
  • Prove your right to live and work in the UK
  • Have flexibility to work shifts including weekends
