The team at Broomfield Care are all committed to providing the highest quality of care to our clients.

We, at Broomfield Care, put great emphasis on empowering our staff to fulfil their roles to the best of their ability. By having a clear structure to our team, we’re able to ensure each member of staff has clear responsibilities, which helps us meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.

Vicky Hall, Owner/Registered Manager

Vicky has over 20 years’ experience at the sharp end of caring. She has provided care and support in a variety of different roles, from working with vulnerable adults and children, to working in care homes for the elderly and for people with learning disabilities.

Vicky established Broomfield Care at the beginning of 2008, providing care for others at a level she believed everyone was entitled to.

Sarah Hough, Business Initiatives Manager

Sarah has been working in the care sector for over 15 years, developing her skills in many aspects of healthcare, such as dementia and elderly Care, Cancer and life-limiting illness treatment, and acquired brain injury care. 

“I am passionate about working with people to increase their independence and to them to remain in their own homes for as long as they can! At Broomfield care, we have a fantastic team of caring, kind and supportive staff and I am excited to see it grow and thrive, to continue looking after people in their own homes.”

Charlotte Greener, Care Manager

Charlotte joined the team as Deputy Manager in September 2021, and immediately loved the welcoming spirit of the team. Since then, Charlotte has been promoted to Care Manager, in 2023. 

Charlotte has been developing her experience within the care sector since she left school at 18, specialising in dementia, end of life and elderly care. She enjoys the variety of people she interacts with on a day-to-day basis, making everyday very different! She is emotionally invested in Broomfield Care and especially proud of the level of care we provide, promoting person centred care and independence within ones home.

“I am looking forward to supporting the business further, in both the community and the office, and to spread more Broomfield Care magic around Gloucestershire.”

Louise Newman, Deputy Manager

Louise has been working in the care sector for over 20 years, with experience in both nursing homes and domiciliary care.

“I enjoy my job as I find it rewarding knowing I’ve helped someone and hopefully made a difference to their lives. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.”

Jess Sterry, Assistant Deputy Manager

Jess has worked in care for the last 10 years, starting off in the community, and then working in a nursing home, before moving to Broomfield Care after having her first child. 

“I adore the job that I do and being able to bring a smile and a giggle to people who I care for, it’s what makes my job so enjoyable to do. Everyone at Broomfield welcomed me with open arms and it’s lovely to be part of such a passionate, supportive team.”

Lauren Holder, Rota Co-ordinator

Before joining Broomfield Care, Lauren has worked as an apprentice clerical officer, a support worker and as a community leader, dealing with young adults with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. She has over 3 years experience in the care sector, looking after clients directly as well as various office responsibilities.
