🦸♀️Hello everyone! We just wanted to make a quick blog about the recent moving and handling training in the office. 🦸♂️
🌟Moving and handling effectively and safely is a significantly important part of a support worker’s role, so this training was absolutely necessary. Therefore, we are very pleased to hear the sessions were a success and appreciated by those involved. 🌟
Our support workers expanded their knowledge on the importance of using equipment correctly and having good communication skills, as well as empathy and seeing the situation from the perspective of the client involved.
