We, at Broomfield Care, put great emphasis on empowering our staff to fulfil their roles to the best of their ability. By having a clear structure to our team, we’re able to ensure each member of staff has clear responsibilities, which helps us meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.

Vicky Broomfield Care Homecare Gloucester

Vicky Hall – Owner and Registered Manager

Vicky has over 20 years’ experience at the sharp end of caring. She has provided care and support in a variety of different roles, from working with vulnerable adults and children, to working in care homes for the elderly and for people with learning disabilities.

Vicky established Broomfield Care at the beginning of 2008, providing care for others at a level she believes everyone should be entitled to.

Charlotte Greener – Care Manager

Charlotte joined the team as Deputy Manager in September 2021, and immediately loved the welcoming spirit of the team. Since then, Charlotte has been promoted to Care Manager, in 2023. 

Charlotte has been developing her experience within the care sector since she left school at 18, specialising in dementia, end of life and elderly care. She enjoys the variety of people she interacts with on a day-to-day basis, making everyday very different! She is especially proud of the level of care we provide, promoting person-centred care and independence within ones home.

Louise Newman – Deputy Manager

Louise has been working in the care sector for over 20 years, with experience in both nursing homes and domiciliary care. Louise is responsible for creating and reviewing care plans, as well as dealing with day-to-day queries from our staff and clients.

Jessica Sterry – Training and Development Manager

Jess has worked in care for the last 10 years, starting off in the community, and then working in a nursing home, before moving to Broomfield Care after having her first child. 

Jess is currently responsible for the onboarding of all of our care staff and making sure everyone is fully equipped with the knowledge required to be an empathetic, supportive, and effective carer. She’s also responsible for hosting regular staff training sessions and 1-to-1 meetings to guarantee our carers have a fair opportunity to develop their skills and care careers.

Nicolina Franca Da Silva – Field Care Supervisor

Nicolina is the newest addition to our team, and is responsible for dealing with any queries that come in over the day, from either clients or carers, as well as monitoring the rota, and care plans of our clients. 

“My name is Nicolina, and I’m very excited to be joining the Broomfield Care team.

I’ve been working in the care sector for over six years, and throughout that time I’ve gained a great deal of experience and confidence. I have a real passion for community-based care—what I enjoy most is supporting our elderly clients with the compassion and respect they deserve, while also giving their families peace of mind.”

Sharon - rota co-ordinator

Sharon Middlemore – Rota Co-Ordinator

Sharon is one of our longest-standing members of the team and has worked a variety of roles at Broomfield Care.

 Currently, Sharon is responsible for organising our staff and client rotas, designing the schedules for onboarding service users, and answering any rota-related queries. She is one of the most significant members of our team- ensuring that the day-to-day care operations are running smoothly. 

Emma Wheeler – Senior Lead

Emma has worked at Broomfield for over 3 years and regularly assists the rest of the management team by picking up duty manager shifts, dealing with queries from staff and clients, as well as being on-call during out of office hours. You’ll also see Emma regularly going out and about doing visits for our clients, and helping out the rest of the support worker team. 

Leanne Green – Business Co-Ordinator

Leanne has worked at Broomfield Care for five years now- her role centres around HR and logistical support for the business. 

Leanne is also the first point of contact for new care enquiries- in your initial enquiry, she will talk through your requirements and care needs, and then arrange for one of our management team to come and out and meet with you at your home to complete a care assessment. 

Our team here at Broomfield Care all share the same goal of providing individual-led care to all our service users, enabling them to remain living in their own home.
