Jackie has been named our Extra Mile award winner for July for being considerate and compassionate towards our staff and service users.

Jackie has been chosen as our extra mile winner for July as she’s very thorough with her work and is a brilliant carer. Louise nominated Jackie this month for “comforting and being a tower of strength” for a particular service user when they were struggling with an illness a couple of weeks ago.

In addition, Charlotte nominated Jackie for being a “proper team player.”

“She’s been great at recognising when people need extra support and reporting it in to us, and she’s also picked up emergency shifts at short notice that have really really helped us! A proper team player!

She also always leaves a property better than when she found it in some way or another! She’s fab!”
