Jess was also nominated by Vicky and Charlotte this month, for putting in an amazing effort this year with our staff training sessions.
Jess is our training and development manager- a role she is absolutely amazing at- and has hosted several training sessions for our staff this year, all of which have been received with positive feedback!
She is a credit to Broomfield Care, and is an integral part of our ability to maintain a knowledgeable, professional and caring workforce.

🌟 Tracey 🌟
Tracey was nominated by Vicky and Charlotte for all the extra work she’s picked up in recent months.
Tracey has worked at Broomfield Care for over 10 years, and spends most of her time in the office, however this year, she has started working out in the field, too.
Tracey has been a great help this month, “by taking on more calls and putting herself forwards to help us out”, on top of her usual office hours!
