Hi all! We thought it would be a great idea to just do a quick little blog introducing the newest members to our care team for all those who haven’t met them or don’t know much about them yet!
Since the start of the year, we’ve had five new members to the team- three of which have been very kind as to send us a bit of information about them and what they think of Broomfield care so far, so you can get to know them better!
Kaitlyn – Support Worker – Joined in March
I’m really excited to be joining the team at Broomfield Care! My background is in support work, and I’ve always been passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, I’m currently studying criminology at university, and in my free time I enjoy going to the gym, walking my dog, reading, and grabbing a coffee with friends. I’m really looking forward to learning and growing with Broomfield Care!
Raja – Support Worker – Joined in April
Hi, I’m Raja! I recently joined Broomfield Care and am really enjoying being part of such a warm, supportive team. I come from a background in Care and management and, over the years, I’ve worked in roles that focus on supporting individuals in the community, residential settings, improving care standards, and managing care.
What I really like about working at Broomfield Care is the strong sense of purpose and the genuine care that runs through everything we do. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and visiting natural places, and I’m always up for a good cup of coffee and a chat.
I’m excited to be here and look forward to getting to know everyone better!
Nicolina – Field Care Supervisor – Joined in June
My name is Nicolina, and I’m very excited to be joining the Broomfield team.
I’ve been working in the care sector for over six years, and throughout that time I’ve gained a great deal of experience and confidence. I have a real passion for community-based care—what I enjoy most is supporting our elderly clients with the compassion and respect they deserve, while also giving their families peace of mind.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my 6-year-old son James, who keeps me on my toes! I also enjoy taking my dog for walks and socialising with friends. These moments help me recharge and bring positive energy to my role.
I’m really looking forward to getting started and contributing to the wonderful work you all do.
