Congratulations to Jess, for reaching the amazing milestone of 5 years at Broomfield Care! 🥳
Jess joined the team in 2021 as a field care supervisor and since then has come on leaps and bounds, progressing to become one of the most significant members of our team, as our Training and Development manager.
Jess provides excellent training to all of our staff, and ensures that they feel confident and supported in their roles as carers. Her leadership, dedication and commitment over the past five years has made a lasting impact for all of our team. For example, it would be impossible for us to maintain such a strong care team, and so we are forever grateful for all the amazing work she does.

“We interviewed Jess during COVID which was a particularly difficult time for us. Jess has openly discussed that we were just stop-gap job for her – who would’ve thought five years down the line, she would be a fully qualified train-the-trainer, as well as undertaking an independent training course in the evenings to further enhance her skills.
Jess has developed her role within the organisation and is passionate about both the company and delivering the highest training standards.
