Louise has been working at Broomfield care for two years now, and she’s absolute star, who is always willing to go the extra mile, showing great compassion towards our clients, and always doing extra hours to help us out.

Charlotte said, “Lou has contributed amazingly to gain a positive outcome for one of our service users this month- she has improved safety in medication administration, built a great relationship with the client’s family and also organised a meeting with another health care professional, and in turn action further involvement from her GP surgery. All to make sure a service user’s wished of staying at home are kept and maintained…
