As it’s International Women’s Day, we are celebrating women in care. So who else would we be more proud of than our very registered manager Vicky! 🦸♀️
Vicky is the sole founder of Broomfield Care, establishing the company over 15 years ago from her spare bedroom. She has spent her whole career looking after people- working with vulnerable children and adults, working in care homes, and eventually domiciliary care. ❤️🩹
When looking for care for her own Grandmother, Vicky took the bold decision to set up her own homecare provider to ensure that families across Gloucester could receive outstanding and trustworthy care at home. Since then, the company has grown to have over 50 clients (as of March 2025) and 30 staff! 🙂
Vicky is amazing at her job and treats everyone with kindness and respect. She’s always willing to get involved when things get tough, and is determined to continue providing an excellent service for hundreds more families across Gloucestershire. 💫
We are immensely proud of all the hard-work Vicky has put in over the last 15 years to ensure as many families as possible across Gloucestershire receive the care that they deserve. Without the graft Vicky’s put in, Broomfield Care wouldn’t be in the position it is today. 💚
