Lidia joined the team in 2021, and has been amazing member of staff since. She is a kind, supportive and caring, and is a favourite to many of our service users. 💚
In addition, Lidia has been through a lot in the past five years, such as being locked in a client’s property when they went out to go shopping, or more recently, when she got stuck in a lift with a service user and had to be rescued by a group of firemen! 🔥 Lidia has even climbed through a window, when she couldn’t get into a service user’s property! 🪟
