Lidia was chosen as one of our extra mile award winners for going above and beyond for one of our clients.
This month, Lidia went to a visit but there was no one there to let her into the property. Worried that something might be wrong, Lidia climbed through one of their windows in order to gain entry!
Luckily, everyone was alright, and the client called to let us know afterwards, saying, ‘well done to Lidia for going above and beyond- she is brilliant.’
Although we don’t recommend entering houses like this, we felt it was only right to commend Lidia for going the extra mile to make sure one of our clients was safe, which is why she’s one of our award winners for June! ⭐
